Assists Another Family In Need!
When we were
initially contacted by CBS47 News the Wilson family
they were in serious financial trouble and were in
danger of losing their home to foreclosure. After
carefully analyzing their expenses and income it was
realized they were $453.00 short of paying monthly
obligations every month. You may have seen in the
video that we made a couple of suggestions to help
them increase the funds available for them to afford
their current mortgage payments. Mr. & Mrs. Wilson
were successful in making drastic changes in their
life to prove they could currently afford their
payment but would need assistance to ensure the
payments would not increase any further.
We contacted their mortgage company and were advised that the
payments were $1,244.00 per month, they were 7
months in the arrear, and the interest rate was due
to change from 6.9% to 8.94% and with escrow
would bring their payments to nearly $2,000.00 per
month. After we carefully negotiating with their
lender Mr. & Mrs. Wilson will continue enjoying the
beautiful house they purchased just a short time
ago.

agreement:
Fixed rate at 6%
Monthly mortgage payment of $1,141.00 P&I
First monthly payment due February 1st 2008
After successfully making the payments for February and March the loan
will be brought current and all arrearage will be
added to the end of the loan. |
